Some suggestions for improvement: coffee table in living room, more towel bars in the smaller bathroom, working clock radio in single queen bedroom, and luggage stands in the bedrooms. We came with 3 kids under 5 and 4 adults. We were all very happy and comfortable. Great air conditioning (thank heavens as it was 108 degrees!) And wonderful kitchen for cooking.
