A chic, full bath and legal bedroom provide the perfect guest quarters. While masterfully integrated into the look and feel of the entire home, the entire space has its own heating and cooling system, street facing full-sized glass entry door and additional soundproofing in the ceiling. The space This space is an English basement of a spectacularly reimagined 3BR/2.5BA historic rowhome on one of Logan Circle's most sought after blocks. Nearly every square inch of this elegant Bayfront Victorian has been renovated with an eye towards honoring its historic character while bringing the residence squarely into the modern age with every designer touch. The beauty of this unit extends beyond its walls. This tranquil space is perfect for relaxing and unwinding or entertaining with ease. This lower space enjoys higher ceilings than most D.C. row homes and boasts a luxurious family room with expertly crafted built-ins, including bench seating with storage in the bayfront as well as a full wall of cabinetry offering a media center. This unit sits on a tree-lined street quietly between Logan Circle and the fabulous 14th Street Restaurants, Nightlife, and Retail Corridor. Close enough to Le Diplomate to smell the fresh baguettes on the terrace or walk one block to Whole Foods if you prefer to bake one yourself, this English basement provides unparalleled access to the ultimate urban lifestyle free from the density, traffic and congestion of other signature blocks in Logan Circle. In the kitchenette, there is a microwave, fridge and most importantly, a Nespresso machine. The Kitchenette is stocked with Nespresso pods, cream, sugar, and a few snack options. \*There is a separate entrance and a locked door between the two floors. Guest access You will have living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom for your stay. Other things to note There is parking available on the street that will require a parking pass. I will provide the instructions in your check-in details. The home features a kitchenette to include a mini-fridge, coffee/tea bar, and microwave for your use \*\*I live upstairs and you should expect typical household noises. I make every effort to be quiet at night/early AM but I cannot eliminate all noises. After 7:00 AM I’ll be in my kitchen getting ready for the day.
