There was a Spanish club in the hotel and they were extremely loud till 2:00 am and the proceeded to have people being loud in the hallways until 5 am very loud but clean

The pool wasn't in working order and the refrigerator didn't work but everything else was good.

It was just ok - could hear upstairs footsteps all night so soundproofing isn't really working. The hallway to our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke.

I wish there were better chairs and table in the rooms suitability to do study while in one's room. However, the good reception covered that which I lost for not a good study area and furniture. Notwithstanding, thank you.

The staff was simply wonderful! We loved our room, and the breakfast was delicious. The room is spacious, immaculate, and comfortable. Every day we used the shuttle from the hotel to the metro! We plan to stay there the next time we come.

Just terrible experience
We stayed 3 nights and during our entire stay, the smell of marijuana was embedded in the hallways and rooms, my kids and we were very uncomfortable. Guests were openly smoking away. Breakfast was stale, it seemed that the breakfast staff, re-warmed and served the same, she was very dirty, she mopped the floor and with the same hands was handling the bread and fruits. There was no Manager to overiew. Roaches were all over the juice dispenser. Very filthy property, no maintenance, if you are traveling with kids, please do not choose this property. Thank you
