It has a bathroom with spacious shower, granite countertop, walk-in closet, washer, and dryer.

    1 King bedroom and ensuite.
    Rent independently or as part of an 8-bedroom, 10-bath villa. The casita is above the garage with separate entrance and parking.
    High-speed internet and USB charging outlets.
    Tankless water heater and water softener.
    The villa and casita are 50 feet from the Farmhouse Welcome Center, including resort lap pool, lazy river, and 18-hole mini golf.
