This newly built cottage is perfectly located in the up-and-coming Alaia (Stucki Farms) community in Washington Fields. This one-of-a-kind getaway is fully appointed and in a community with world-class amenities. it has 3 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. Highlights include an open-concept kitchen, solid surface countertops, tile flooring, 3-tone paint, custom trim, upgraded lighting, custom night lights in high-traffic areas, stainless appliances, custom tile accents, master bedroom on the main floor, bunk room with barn door, and more.

Enclosed patio with landscaped seating and top-of-the-line BBQ. Powder bath with custom tile. Easy-to-use front-load washer/dryer. Master bedroom with king bed, wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, floating shelves, ensuite with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet (includes pack n play, highchair, iron).

Upstairs: queen bedroom with large closet, wall sconces, and smart TV; bunk room with 2 twin beds, trundle, Xbox, smart TV; full bathroom with tub/shower combo, custom tile, Euro-style enclosure, and ample sink space.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is so nice being a little bit away from it all. It was in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. We loved the pool! We loved the mini golf course! We will definitely be staying here again!

Would stay here again!

Great house! Can’t say that we had any complaints and didn’t feel like it was too far from main St. George. Unfortunately it was pretty cold while we were there and didn’t get to try the pool etc but we did get a chance to try out the putting course it was really fun and challenging.

Perfect St. George Oasis

Our stay at the sun country cottage was nothing short of perfect! The home was very clean. We had everything we needed! Even a high chair and pack n play for our son to sleep in! The home also supplied games and an Xbox for fun family game nights! The clubhouse area was beautiful and pool was even warm enough to use in January! Area was quiet and peaceful! Not too far from all the amenities that St. George has to offer! We love our stay and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful home, gracious hosts, quiet and convenient location!

Really lovely new home…well kept and full stocked with anything you’d need for a family trip. We loved the layout and the upstairs bunk/XBox room. Having games there was also great and the owners took great pride in their home and in making us feel welcome. We didn’t try the golf course, but it looked great and the main town of St. George is only 10 mins or so away. Groceries, Starbucks, the gym, and restaurants also a short drive. Of note is that the home is VERY close to the airport, so literally it was like 8 mins away and made it super easy to not feel rushed on the way out of town. Would definitely be back in the future! 5 STARS!
