  • This beautiful two-level apartment is in a classic brownstone, right in the heart of Washington, DC and perfect for families, business travelers, or individuals. Fully equipped with key amenities, it's within walking distance of DC landmarks and public transportation. Spanning 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a backyard with a grill and seating area for your enjoyment.
    A Safeway grocery store is located five blocks away, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and local cafés nearby. A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Our host, Patrick, went above and beyond for our stay. This was a wonderful house for a family to stay in to celebrate a college graduation in Washington. Patrick was very available to assist us. He provided a clean, welcoming home, well-located and easy to get to various places in D.C. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you, Patrick!

Some friends and I rented this place for our March Madness trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Only about 15 minute walk to Capital One Arena, tons of restaurants around, and felt very safe, though you should be prepared for a little noise being on a main road. Host was very communicative, made sure we were good throughout the stay, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable city stay in DC!

The host, Patrick, was very proactive in communicating and very flexible in accommodating our need to use the patio for a 60th birthday celebration. Location was also wonderful as easy parking and access to a lot of neat places near the house. Highly recommend!

Great home for a group

I stayed here with work colleagues for a conference at the convention center. There was plenty of room for us and we all enjoyed the accommodations. The location is safe and convenient and Patrick is a great host.

We recently met in DC for a small family gathering and stayed at this property for 4 nights. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Good location for seeing the sights. However it is not close to a Metro station and street parking is at least a block away. It is located on a very busy street and traffic noise can be an issue, if you’re a light sleeper use a bedroom in the back of the property. We had a problem with one of showers on day one, but the host was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Overall it was a great property especially for a larger group.

Beautiful huge home with easy access to DC

Stayed at this beautiful home with my family of five for a long weekend. The home was wonderful and comfortable with plenty of room for our teenagers. Convenient location with easy access to DC monuments, restaurants and shops.

Had a great stay in DC. The owner was very communicative and the many clean well-separated rooms were great for our purposes. Had a few repair issues (towel hooks were falling down) but nothing that impacted our enjoyment.

Wonderful stay in Washington DC

This apartment was a great base for our family of 6 to stay in Washington DC. We were comfortable with all the space and bedrooms. It was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. Patrick was very easy to get ahold of and was helpful during checki n and check out. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Amazing time

The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Restaurants are a short uber away. Patrick was very responsive to messages and provided excellent support before the trip. Would definitely stay there again next time traveling into the DC.

Time with the girls

The location was perfect to access specific tours and Union Station. Easy car share pickup. There was plenty of room and any time we needed to communicate with the host the response was quick. We enjoyed having our own space as getting together for breakfast around the table. Great place and we would stay again.

Plenty of space for our group and good value for # bedrooms/bathrooms. Walkable distance from Metro. We had rain the whole time but that didn't slow us down and certainly isn't the owners fault. We would stay here again if we came to DC for another trip.
