Light-filled, open-plan ground floor living-dining-kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, beautiful living-room with ample seating and large TV. Perfect for a small family, business travelers, or vacationers. Owners live in the basement apartment, completely closed off from this main living area.

Had booked for a long weekend in DC with my mom and my son who would benefit from 1st floor living. We brought the rest of the family along and international student. Plenty of space! There are stairs to get in but then all laminate flooring throughout. Keyless entry. Rooms spacious and comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Driveway parking. There is a basement and there is other occupancy there, at one point we smelled popcorn from their festivities :). Short drive to metro. Would recommend!

Clean and functional.
Very clean and functional. Appliances are all new. Beds are nicely sized. Fully furnished kitchen and plenty of towels. Responsive property manager. Good parking. Well located near downtown Silver Spring. Beds and living room furniture are all low to ground so wouldn’t be ideal for older adults with knee issues. Could use a few decorative touches.
