The pics must have been taken several years ago as they look much better than the house actually is. This the downstairs unit of a row house converted into two apartments and it is incredibly noisy due to the upstairs people. The front and back yards are overgrown w weeds and have moldy furniture with junk scattered about. The kitchen is miniscule and there is a filthy carpet in the living room w a tiny and very uncomfortable couch.
