Its boundaries are not well established, but they appear to extend along F Street NW from 5th to 10th Streets, and approximately H Street on the north where Penn Quarter abuts or partially overlaps with Chinatown. Penn Quarter is southeast of the Metro Center shopping district. Everything was as advertised, clean, and ready to use. There was one minor issue with the oven that the property manager had fixed incredibly fast. No coffee, no kitchen towels, pot holders, missing some basic cooking utensils. If we had planned to cook it would have been very difficult. Close to many attractions, transport and fabulous restaurants. The view was spectacular! Will definitely stay here again. Close enough to all the action, but located on a quiet block. All basic necessities included, clean apartment. The location could not have been more ideal for our family; great access to the metro and a quick walk to the National Mall and a variety of attractions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The property manager messaged a few days before and gave me all the required information . The condo itself was clean and plenty of room . Even had a futon and a rollout bed , so bigger families would have plenty of room . The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything or you could catch the metro if you prefer . It was so close to everything! There were so many high and low range dining options. Museums were all walkable distance. The area was so clean and safe. We even caught a Wizard’s game just because it was a block away! The unit is on the corner and had fun views out the 8th story window. With kids, having a pool to use was also a pretty big plus. The unit was sparse on cooking utensils which was fine as we only had breakfast at the house before heading out. We made a pit stop at Walgreens and purchased a few essential tools and left them behind. ##### Sohee W. The property was in a great spot and was within walking distance to many of the popular attractions and wonderful restaurants! It was quiet and private. The view of the city was fantastic and the kitchen was perfect. The free Netflix was nice and the beds were comfy! The amenities were fine! The customer service was prompt and friendly. Constructive feedback: The place needed a little love with cleaning and a few updated items, but I think it just means that this place is used often and is well loved.
