Its boundaries are not well established, but they appear to extend along F Street NW from 5th to 10th Streets, and approximately H Street on the north where Penn Quarter abuts or partially overlaps with Chinatown. The apartment was very clean and all amenities were beautiful. It’s in the perfect walking location to all main attractions. On the plus side the property is close to everything we wanted to be close to, very walkable to all attractions. The property was being worked on, the hallways were being either re-wallpapered and / or painted but the inconvience was nominal. The staff and those that helped us were all very polite, friendly and professional and prompt with any requests. The apartment we stayed in did not look like the photos, TBH I would have preferred the wood floors, we had carpeted floors, but the place was clean and quiet. It had two bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable with a blow up third bed which we ended up using the last night. Had we needed an additional bed more than that 1 night I would have gotten an apartment with another bedroom, blow up beds are always uncomfortable and cold. The unit was fairly well stocked, having a washer/dryer and full kitchen was very convenient. The place had huge windows that overlooked the city and we were blocks from the both the arena and the convention center, another big plus. It was perfect for us, with extra room for us to spread out including a living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and W/D in the unit. On the negative side, the leather on the dining room chairs was peeling, the kitchen could use a few more dishes, and some counter top stools, none of that was a big deal to us.
