The rental was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor deck was nice to relax on after site seeing all day. Location was a short walk to the metro to visit DC and only a few blocks to get to the Potomac river. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of different choices. Beautiful decorations throughout, and the roof deck was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Also really appreciated the electric lock system- easy to get in and out and very secure. The location is perfect within a block of king street which has a ton of shopping and food options. Easy walking distance to the waterfront if you want to check out the local farmers market, and fairly close to the metro if you want to go into the city. Last but not least, Kimberly was very responsive and helpful. I had quite a few questions and she was always quick to answer.
