Mid Century Modern Mountain Retreat Bordered by Preserve
A nature oasis a small mountain in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. Near renowned bike and hike trails as well as preservation land. Sits atop the mountain with sunsets and sunrise views and lush greenery. Heated gunite pool, outdoor shower, privacy, bikes, trails, views, nature, beautiful stone features, and a brand new modern renovation provide the perfect retreat. The landscaping embraces the native plants and is regenerative featuring endangered bushes, flowers, and views into the preserve which borders 2 of the 3 sides. The only neighbor is a weekender and his home is not visible from ours. If you are looking for a private warm summer spot with nature and accessibility to small hamlets such as Washington Depot, this is your place! We also have passes to Lake Waramaug, a pristine little town beach.
