The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful in more ways we could ask. We’ve never had treatment like this at any other VIP hotels. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable - bonus, they have a bidet. If we didn’t have something in our room, we requested it on the electronic pad and was at our room within minutes.
