The lobby was dull and not welcoming. Large groups of tourists and two small elevators required long waiting periods . A couple of nights it was noisy and I was unable to sleep. There was low water pressure in the shower which was annoying. Bar drinks were overpriced!!
I was somewhat disappointed in this Courtyard Marriott.
Vey nice property. Not a walking hotel but we had a car and it is convenient.

There is construction going on around the property. Because it's located next to the highway, it gets quite noisy at night. I would not consider the staff here friendly or helpful... If I return to the DMV area, I would NOT return to this hotel.
The staff at the bistro are second to none. Stellar service and excellent food! Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Very satisfied with my stay! Thank you Marriott team!!!!
My stay was “Ok” had a few problems but overall it was Good. Quiet area.. Good parking. I didn’t receive my deposit back either. I’m talking to the manager now and they seem understanding.
The room was extremely musty and damp. There were repairs to the ceiling like there had been a leak. Overall out of date.

The hotel itself and the rooms were in excellent shape, and we do highly recommend the hotel. Our sole unhappiness (addressed by the hotel, and now resolved) stemmed from miscommunication / misunderstanding regarding "included breakfast". After the first day of frustration, we simply skipped breakfast. We will return to this hotel if we are in the area - it is just that we will probably go somewhere else for a breakfast!
Second time stay and I will forever pick this location.. super close to wegmans and other stores. Staff is great . It’s quiet and warming at the same time.
The property was overbooked. The staff was extremely courteous but sent me to another property that was 45 mts away and I checked in around midnight. I had business meetings the next day which meant I had to cab it back to the hotel's vicinity - cost me dearly.
I neither got a call nor an email about the property being overbooked. I would not have wasted an hour getting to the property from the airport had I received a heads up.
Marriott needs a better system to prevent this situation.
