"Location was great. Would be good to tell people it’s up 60 flights of stairs. Fine for us but might be tough for some. Bad WiFi that went in and out. We wanted to use the kitchen more but there were no napkins or dish towels for cleaning up or eating. It is really buggy near the river. Window screens would help - there were a lot of bugs in the apartment. "

The only issue (not big) I had that previous occupants have left the tv menu set to Cyrillic Russian. - I happen to read it so no problem, but a statndard western traveler would probably find the TV and internet unusable as set up menu are quite convoluted. The apartment itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. "I had a very comfortable, clean and convenient unit close to Warsaw HUB, where I was visiting colleagues for a work trip. Everything worked well the unit had laundry and a little kitchen, etc. The only challenging bit is the check in. You will not find any normal sort of hotel lobby at the address listed for this business, you need to text them to get instructions on where to find the check in office and how to get in. Fortunately they are quick to respond once you text (or WhatsApp) them and...

"Quality of the apartments was decent. We booked several apartments for a family trip. Unfortunately we had units on various floors, this was an issue because you can only go to the floor of your own apartment (key fob needed for elevator only allows you to your floor). "
