The room was fine, basic. Found some garbage between the wardrobe & TV stand thing. The thermostat was not working correctly so the heater was on when it shouldn’t have been. The hot and cold water for the shower were backwards. Definitely bring ear plugs to sleep. You can hear everything in the next room. Also, some people were hanging out in the parking garage playing music and skating until at least 11:30 PM and the noise echoed pretty loud. Noticed there was trash on the steps leading out from the stairwell everyday. Very dingy vibe. Hopefully things improve when construction finishes. It is beautiful and clean as you pull in. Checking in was so easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Parking is very well organized and easy to follow, I loved it! We booked two rooms the single queen was small but everything was sooo nice and clean. We also booked room 11 which was upstairs a king and a queen bed and a couch! The room was beautiful the windows were wonderful and had blackout curtains as an option which I have never seen in a hotel. I will for sure 100% be booking with these cottages again!!
