Six sleeping areas include two master suites with king beds and en suite bathrooms. Fully equipped cook’s kitchen. Gigabit internet and at least three separate working areas. Air conditioning throughout. Minutes to Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, and all the Mad River Valley has to offer. \*New hot tub photos soon Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Vitamix, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart, large InstantPot, and everything you need to make memorable meals for the entire group. Bugs and pests: The home is located in a rural area in the Vermont mountains and although we perform regular pest control on the cabins we cannot guarantee it to be pest free of all bugs and animal and pests. We cannot compensate for the presence of pests, insects and animals. We also ask that all guests respect nature that you Do Not feed wildlife. Road conditions: Recommend four wheel drive in Winter/snow months with snow tires. We do not refund due to weather conditions. The road will be plowed as soon as the local plow person has done so and at his discretion. The owner or host is not required to help remove a stuck vehicle or reimburse for any towing on or off the property. No refunds will be given for tow services required by the renters. Code of conduct rules must be followed by all guests: In appropriate conduct/behavior includes and not limited to violence, verbal or physical abuse, violating all part of this said agreement, act or acts that threaten the safety to others, loud music, repetitive noise that disturbs others, annoying to others or unauthorized services, programs or gatherings. This home was perfect for us. The property description and photos were accurate. Big windows looking out at a great view, with a nice deck too. Dining room table plenty big for all of us. Lots of room to spread out on the main floor, like when someone wanted to watch TV they could, not bothering the others. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The WiFi worked very well. The property setting was private. Its location was close enough to the local town that going out to eat, shop etc. was convenient.
