“STEP BACK IN TIME” 1880’ charmer.
Riverside Cottage
A quintessential MAINE HOUSE. Refurbished so as not to loose its 1880s charm. Located a stones throw from the river and across from the village green of Warren. Excellent location for watching the Osprey and Bald Eagles swoop down and catch fish. 15 minutes will get you to Camden or Rockland for all that mid-coast Maine has to offer. Nice park with swimming, picnic tables and swings just down from the market.
Bedroom with double bed upstairs and bathroom. Bedroom with double bed on main floor. Eat in kitchen with room for 6 at round table. Lovely stone patio in back to BBQ or sit around the fire pit. Outdoor table and chairs complete the picture. The lock box is in the bird house at the back door

Such an adorable, quaint home decorated with beautiful antiques. We enjoyed our time very much and were able to easily visit local beaches, lighthouses, antique shops, etc. We are so glad to have found such a peaceful home to stay in for the week. Thank you!
Stayed here for a girlfriend’s getaway and had a lovely time. Home was clean, peaceful and equipped with everything we needed. Close to many surrounding towns and easy to get around. Very nice.
Had a wonderful time! Beautiful home and incredibly relaxing atmosphere. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot on the river. The house is so well appointed - filled with beautiful things and anything you could need. The location was perfectly central for us to visit so many great places up and down the coast as well as dear friends who live nearby. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a really great trip and we hope we can return someday!

My stay here suited my family and I extremely well. The house was very charming and back in time . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here when we visit surrounding areas again. There wasn’t shopping or entertainment close by but that was the purpose of my trip hence, everything worked out quite well
Cozy house, tasteful traditional decor, renovated bathroom with spa shower, well-stocked kitchen utensils, patio with firepit. No TV. Quiet village with historic buildings, well located for coastal destinations. We had a wonderful time. There were a pair of eagles nesting nearby.
We had a great time in Maine doing our hiking sailing kayaking and the Rockland Lobster Feat :). I even fished across the street but didn’t have any luck
This cottage is exactly as portrayed, a cosy and comfortable stay in Mid Coast Maine. The host was very responsive and the location was very convenient for us.

Great Trip
The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed, and nothing we didn’t. It was in a great location for day trips to Camden and as far as Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor.
A wonderful place to relax or work! Beautifully decorated and well stocked for cooking, this home is perfect for living out your Maine farmhouse fantasy! Convenient to get to Rockland/Camden/Rockport as well as Waldoboro.
This lovely small house has been restored with much love and a very strong aesthetic sense. It is loaded with period-appropriate treasures. There is a nice view of the river and a very pretty village green just over the bridge. I was very happy with my stay there.
This comfortable and well-equipped house was delightful! We saw a graceful heron on the river across the street. We had everything we needed and then some. Perfect location for us. Quiet area and you can see the stars because there's almost no light pollution. Great fun! We'd happily stay there again!
Very quiet and very clean. Recently remodeled. One shared bathroom upstairs with a really nice shower. Off-street parking for two vehicles. No AC but several for the bedroom. The only minus was the lack of a full-sized coffee pot with filters. But otherwise we were *super* happy with the house! Thanks you!
I booked your cottage so that I could commute to cooking classes at Salt Water Farm, Lincolnville, Maine. Not only was your cottage located perfectly for the three-weeks of activities I'd planned, your kitchen was impressively equipped so that I could make the many dishes from my class. The walks along the river with my dog were beautiful and the morning eagle sightings delighted me. My friends came to visit, and we found your cottage to be cozy and comfortable. My dog loved it, too. Hope to visit again.
My wife, dog, and I spect a few days sightseeing the area. The house was a great base of operations - comfortable & clean. We watched bald eagles on a tree across the river most mornings. The locations was great for morning and evening dog walks; including the small park just a short walk away. We enjoyed our visit.
Beautiful spot on the river. Relaxing and quiet. The back patio was great for sitting and having dinner. The house does need some shades on the windows facing west. Was hot when we arrived, there were fans. We live in house without air and I prefer it without. But, I think the shades would help. However, I would not rate this lower than a 5 because of that. Met my expectations. Thank you!
This was an amazing house with everything we needed. Centrally located to all the places we planned to visit. It was just nice to sit by the fire pit watching to world go by and the beautiful river. Will definitely visit again.
Great location to explore the central coast in Maine
The property is as advertised. Nice and clean and centrally located near the central coast in Maine. It was really nice seeing the bald eagles flying around the river in the AM. Camden/Rockland/Rockport are all easily accessible. Great place to enjoy life as it should be!
