This ideal Vermont retreat in the Mad River Valley sits on 16 private acres providing stunning westerly views of the local ski resorts. Just minutes from Blueberry Lake, Warren Village, and Sugarbush Ski resort, this home is private and tucked away providing a countryside escape. Additional features include a game room downstairs, an open kitchen perfect for gathering with breathtaking views throughout the home, and a beautiful field connected to woods with endless enjoyment for the family. Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours. Quiet private road. Property sits on 16 acres. Access to the entire home and property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont. Large estate on a private road Four wheel drive vehicles with snow tires are highly advised during winter travel anywhere in the state of Vermont. This home is pet friendly and there is a $100 fee PER pet per stay. The first fee will be collected via the booking medium and subsequent pet fees if necessary will need to be collected. Please reach out if you desire to bring more than two pets. Please note the owners prefer that pets are kept on the main floor. There is a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the bedrooms to prevent pets from going upstairs. This family home offers 4 upstairs bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and with the addition of a large pullout couch, sleeps up to 10 people. The bedroom layout is as follows: Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two twin beds, 4th bedroom with a bunk bed that has a full on the bottom and twin on top. A second full sized bathroom can be found adjacent to the bedrooms. The property features a modern kitchen with beautiful wooden floors, rustic beams and a slider door with direct access to the large deck. At the far end of the house is a spacious TV room with plenty of comfortable seating. The game room is found at the basement level and there is plenty of parking for several vehicles in the driveway. Please note the fireplace is not usable at this moment in time. There are window AC units for the bedrooms in the warm months Bookings made through an "Instant Booking" option within 7 days of the Check In date may be canceled without penalty to the host and with a full refund to guest, if the cleaning company can not be scheduled in time due to short notice of the reservation made. The host holds the right to cancel reservations made with the "Instant Booking" option without penalty if there is any suspicion of an upcoming party planned on the premises. Bugs and pests: The home is located in a rural area in the Vermont mountains and although we perform regular pest control on the cabins we cannot guarantee it to be pest free of all bugs and animal and pests. We cannot compensate for the presence of pests, insects and animals. We also ask that all guests respect nature that you Do Not feed wildlife. Road conditions: Recommend four wheel drive in Winter/snow months with snow tires. We do not refund due to weather conditions. The road will be plowed as soon as the local plow person has done so and at his discretion. The owner or host is not required to help remove a stuck vehicle or reimburse for any towing on or off the property. No refunds will be given for tow services required by the renters. Code of conduct rules must be followed by all guests: In appropriate conduct/behavior includes and not limited to violence, verbal or physical abuse, violating all part of this said agreement, act or acts that threaten the safety to others, loud music, repetitive noise that disturbs others, annoying to others or unauthorized services, programs or gatherings. Guests will be asked to leave and no refunds. \*\*If personal items are left on the property, MRVRM is not liable for their return or collection of said items. Should we locate any items in question, there will be a $75 minimum charge to accommodate for time involved obtaining the item, packaging, shipping, and cost of travel to and from the post office and property.\*\* \*\*If there is a local ordinance within the town you've booked in, guest must obey all rules set forth by the town.
