Gorgeous mountain views overlooking the ski area situated perfectly to enjoy all Vermont has to offer along with a cozy gas fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing. The home features a layout perfect for families or wedding guests coupled with a fully equipped kitchen and a plethora of sleeping arrangements. Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours. Located in the heart of Sugarbush resort, this home offers a location with an extensive amount of activities within arms reach. Many restaurants are located within a mile of the home, Warren village and the Warren store is within 10 minutes along with Warren Falls swimming hole for swimming in the summer. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont. This home has been privately owned and loved for many years and is now open to the public to enjoy. There are very few homes available of this size on the side of Sugarbush located in Warren, providing a unique opportunity for large groups to come and enjoy the area together in one place. With mountain biking in the dry months, skiing in the winter, hiking out the back door, and the multitude of additional activities at your fingertips at Sugarbush, you cannot get any closer to the action. Conveniently located 10 minutes to downtown Waitsfield in the heart of the Mad River Valley where there are many restaurants, Lawson's brewery, and other local favorites. You will need a 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle in the winter to access this property as it is located on a steep hill, snow tires are also highly recommended. Summer access can be had in any vehicle. It is recommended that you have a car in the area as things are spread out in Vermont. The Mad Bus does frequent Sugarbush and you can have access to this bus near the lodge. In the summer there are many hiking opportunities as well directly from the house. Bookings made through an "Instant Booking" option within 7 days of the Check In date may be canceled without penalty to the host and with a full refund to guest, if the cleaning company can not be scheduled in time due to short notice of the reservation made. The host holds the right to cancel reservations made with the "Instant Booking" option without penalty if there is any suspicion of an upcoming party planned on the premises. Once booked over this medium you automatically agree to all terms and conditions stated below and the booking will act as your signature. Roomy house with comfortable beds. We were a large group, and there was lots of space for everyone. The house was well kept and super close to the mountain. Would definitely stay again. Great location with amazing views of the mountain! Just up the road from Lincoln Peak base area. Plenty of space for our large group with more than enough beds. Ski in/out is probably more doable on skis vs. snowboard—it involves a bit of hiking with a snowboard. With that said, this home’s proximity to the mountain is hard to beat! Well located. Clean. Great space. Love the two living rooms to separate the kids. Feedback for owner - Could not figure out the TV in the sun room as only one remote for the house (used firestick instead). Could not find a hair dryer in the house or garage. We understood the "ski-in-ski-out" was contingent on good snow conditions. It should be clear to people thinking of staying here that, even with good snow conditions, you will likely have to walk about 5 minutes to get onto the connecting trail toward the lifts. The ditch was not skiable for us, even though two feet of snow fell over two days. Also, the ski run back to the condo, "Village Run", was very flat for a long time (and challenging with young kids) and you will need to ski through the trees at the end. Village Run wasn't groomed over the five days of our stay. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of the Lincoln ski area. We could have used towel hooks in all bathrooms and it's time for the carpeting to go. ##### Chris W.
