"This is a nice hotel. Under renovations but you wouldn't notice. Our room was a new reno and it was nice. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and quiet. Hot tub and pool are clean. The staff are very welcoming. The free Breakfast is a bonus 😋. Food was good with a lot of selection. Recommend."

"We were in room 100 there were a ton of ants. They did provide us with big spay. I didn't like the fact that they seemed to be aware that that room had issues with ants. Why would they put a guest that has been there many times to their hotel or any guest for that matter. They offered to move us on our second day but I choose not to because I wasn't sure it was the only room with that issue. On the first night we stayed the room above us was very loud I believe it was because they were putting in new flooring at least that's what we were told. I really don't think we will return to this hotel again the staff really did seem to care about their guests."

"Hotel needs to be updated big time. Our bathroom light stopped working within 2 hours of check in, we were moved to a different room. The new room was fine except you could see what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling in both the main part of the room and bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The meat they served was horrible! My husband had to spit it out it was sooo bad. The outside of the hotel is very very outdated, looby is updated. When we pulled up to the hotel, we saw one of the upper room windows with a garbage bag hanging out of it?!? Not sure why but that was not ascetically pleasing. And it had me second guessing as to why we booked it. Pool area was ok. Clean but needed a lot of upgrades. The floor area of the pool had a lot of duct tape around it where the floor had been lifting up. Overall we will not be staying here again. We picked it as our usual hotel was full, and this hotel had 4/5 stars. I’d give it a 2/5. "

"We have stayed here several times. Both our last trip, and this one, the air conditioning never worked. Staff was great to offer a fan and bring one to the room, but the room gets into the mid-70s which for me is not comfortable. Clearly previous guests felt the same way as the thermostat was set to 50. The pool and breakfast are very good."
