Check in and out was fast and efficient, staff were polite and explained the parking and room information clearly. Walls were thin and noisy neighbours made for a very poor sleep, blind in bedroom broken so light in the face in the morning woke me earlier than I would have liked especially after poor sleep. Deposit hold can take 7-10 days to be released from your bank, that’s ridiculous in this day and is a big motivator in staying elsewhere for our very regular trips to the area.

Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

The location is superb with public transportation, shopping and eateries all within easy walking distance. Our 1BR apartment is spacious with lots of storage space and is exactly like what was shown in the website. The kitchenette is useful for preparing light meals. Bathroom came equipped with a washing machine and extra toilet rolls were provided in an upper cabinet. Clean bath towels and toiletries are available upon request similarly with housekeeping. The only complaint we have is the hot water which is difficult to regulate.
