Nice Farm Location

Nice place that needs a few upgrades to be Outstanding! Quite and comfortable stay during the week of Thanksgiving. Welcome gifts were a very nice touch! Issue with the show hot water - even thought the heater is set at 150 degrees, we had to set the valve at all hot to get a warm shower.

Beautiful and Secluded

The home was great for my family and our dogs during our stay in Warm Springs. It is a nice rural setting that is secluded and very peaceful. Nancy, the house keeper, greeted us and communicated great after our arrival. She was great to work with. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ranch horses and longhorn cattle. The pool was very enjoyable but it is not private. There were others swimming for long periods of time on multiple days. We assumed they may be the cow hands or ranch workers. The workers we met were all very friendly. We definitely hope to go back on our next trip to the area!

Birthday Weekend Getaway

It was my wife’s birthday and she wanted to go to callaway Gardens and spend the day there. We have a golden retriever as well.. Nancy Borders was our contact on the property. She was extremely nice and helpful. Went above and beyond to make sure our visit was pleasant. The property is relatively close to Callaway Gardens., and FDR’s little White House. Perfect place to stay and still be able to drive within 20 miles of places to do things. We will stay again next time we plan to get away for a weekend. Very convenient and we love the farm atmosphere., seeing the cows and horses was nice each day. The restaurant down the street from the VRBO was convenient and had very good food. Will definitely stay again!

Unfortunate Plight

Regrettably our stay to celebrate my Wife’s 75th birthday did not turn out to be as glowing as other recent reviews. It took us over 3 hours to get checked in starting with the access code that was incorrect. We had our time wasted because we couldn’t reach Amanda the property manager who provided the code. With help from a number of the town’s business folks we finally were put in touch with the owner who had to meet us at the guest house only to find that he couldn’t open the door either. Thanks to Nancy, the housekeeper, we finally gained access using a different code. The next point of aggravation dealt with the lack of Wi-Fi service to the internet, an item advertised as being provided. As a result the TV was inaccessible as was doing anything over the internet with my computer. It’s a shame we were inconvenienced in this way and believe we should be compensated for our loss of time and energy spent for something we looked so forward to. Attempts to discuss this with Amanda and the owner have been futile. This place has great potential but we unfortunately didn’t get to experience it. Nancy could not have been more attentive with her attempts to resolve these issues but she is not the administrator.
