"The bed was wonderful! The floors are very squeaky and disruptive when the people above us walked around their room.. Even in our own room when I got up to use the bathroom, the noise of the floors woke up my husband."

"The Super8 in Hancock exceeded my expectations for a budget overnight stay (Berkeley Springs WV was my destination). With that said, it's not super fancy, but I could tell that there have been efforts to upgrade (with some ways to go). There were ample hooks and hangers, the single queen room was spacious. I found that the nicest touch was the dimmable nightstand light, both for winding down, and in the early morning. The young man who checked me in was thorough and friendly. I paid $15 for an early check in, and got a nap in. The sheets / towels were clean. The only thing I felt missing was a box of Tissues. I was comfortable enough and actually got some shut-eye before an early departure."

"We were in a three hour traffic backup and this Holiday inn Express was the first exit we could take to get off it-Holiday Inn Express was much nicer than we expected. Friendly staff and our room had a beautiful view of the sun rising over a cornfield. Breakfast was an added pleasure. Very good coffee and variety of food. It was an oasis to me!"
