"My daughter and I had a very nice couple of days at the Captain’s Cottage. The entire property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with the decor chosen. There was plenty of parking on the property. We arrived after hours and Brian was very helpful with logistics. One thing that would’ve been more helpful was the color coded keys to enter the cottage. We had to figure out which key opened what. Not a big deal but after many hours of driving that would’ve been a little helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and Veronica was kind and pleasant. Our actual room was beautifully decorated and super clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were able to get a good night’s sleep. Pretty view of the marina from our window. Brian responded immediately to questions I had which helped plan for our trip. I would stay again without hesitation! Lovely weekend."

"Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the location was great. Liked that sheets and towels were provided and the host was very accessible for questions. As others mentioned, adding a bathroom door upstairs would be a huge plus and a couple of beach chairs for the bay beach down the street would be nice. Otherwise, great place!"

"Clean room, safe environments, front desk personnel very kind and helpful. The Mainland Restaurant got good verity of food. The restaurant do not serve breakfast only lunch and dinner. I'm very satisfied, for sure I will book again on my next trip to LBI."

"This was our first time staying up in Barnegat Light and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was fantastic, clean, bright and fit my family's needs just right! We made some wonderful memories, and the view of the top of the Lighthouse from the upper deck just was amazing. Thank you for the accommodations to make our summer vacation great!"
Charming 4-bedroom house with AC in Stafford Township

"Very cozy, clean and comfortable pet-friendly house just outside of LBI! Plenty of amenities were conveniently included in case you forgot to pack them. Shampoo / Soap / Bath towels / Cooking supplies / Hair dryer / Laundry detergent, and many more to list. The house is a 12 minute drive (without Rt 72 traffic) to Ron Jon right at the “start” of Long Beach Island. Within a 2-5 minute drive of the house there’s a Shop-Rite, Target, Costco, Wawa, Ice Cream, Pizza and much more. In terms of location, the house is on a fairly busy road in front of a traffic light.. So you’re going to hear vehicles speed by with the occasional fire truck/police car sirens. That didn’t bother any of us, but just something to be aware of. We loved that the host accepted dogs, which is quite rare! But keep in mind the property is not fully fenced-off, so don’t let your dog wander around in the back yard :-). Overall the house was a great budget-friendly alternative to staying on the actual Island while being a short drive away to sand, seagulls and crashing waves."

"Place is in a great spot! We enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating. Bay is calm and great for Kayaking. Two of the three Kayaks are great. Tandem Kayak uncomfortable. Boats are ok. Heavy to lug out of garage. Very clean however house needs upgrading. Rug everywhere not ideal. Outdated furniture. Air Hockey table not working. Grille was very dirty. Definitely would go back if house was updated."
