My stay here was amazing! Cynthia at the front desk was a pleasure to meet and was able to help with my accommodations! She always greeted me with a smile! I highly recommend TownPlace Suites by Marriott to anyone visiting the area! Quiet, safe, friendly service and the food options nearby are amazing!

Cynthia at the front desk was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating when my group arrived early and asked for an early check in and rooms near each other. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were comfy. The man who helped with breakfast was nice and helpful! Overall a good stay.

Really unimpressed. First room had a broken window from a recent wind storm. Second room had not been vacuumed. Crumbs in sink and body soap in bathroom was empty. All in all the room was needed to be dusted and cleaned.

The Staff was excellent, the Room was excellent, nothing about our stay here was negative. I stayed in 2 other hotels for our trip and this one was above and beyond better in every imaginable way. I would stay here again, no questions asked.

Best Customer Service
The staff was Excellent! I called ahead so they would allow my co-worker to check in before I arrived and they were wonderful about remembering us, and even her name. When she asked what time breakfast was, and we realized that we had to leave for work before breakfast, the girls at the counter offered to pack us a Breakfast in a bag, and we happily accepted. We expected a granola bar, or muffin, but NO, they gave us a whole breakfast. Cereal, Milk, Yogurt, Apple, and a pastry. It was so sweet of them to help us out. The room was clean, and comfortable too.

Wareham’s surprise
So I arrived late afternoon and was greeted by the person working the desk who was wonderful. She was very kind and helpful and got me to my room very efficiently. It’s a very nice lobby and hotel and it was a great stay.

This place was very nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful....every one of them. And it was a busy Thanksgiving weekend and they were just great. The hotel is located by some really beautiful cranberry bogs and it's a nice place to get some walking in behind the hotel...just flat. The only downside was that the furniture in the hotel was getting pretty dated. The beds were great, but the other furniture in the room was past its prime. We had a nice suite that had a sink, full size refrigerator, a two spot electric cooktop, and full cabinets with plates, glasses (actually nice ones), and some pots. I think there was a dishwasher too, but we didn't use most of these things. I'd go back.

What more can you ask for. Right on the edge of beautiful cranberry bogs. Spacious rooms with kitchens and a quiet area. The heaters were a bit loud, but maybe because even on a fully booked thanksgiving- it was super quiet. We will be back for sure. Breakfast was so good too.

I don't know if all those "suites" are equally furnished, But the layout of those could have been better designed by a 8 year old. Watching TV from Bed gives you a right hand side kink in your neck and watching from the sleeper sofa gave us a left hand side kink. The reception was underwhelming at best, (we arrived several hour early not knowing what the Check in time was.) We were told to return at 1pm only to receive a indignant look when we did. Then we were told to return at 2pm. They could easily see that we were an elderly couple over 70ties and I had trouble walking, waiting for an operation next day. No efforts were made to accomodate us. The Kitchenette was a joke, Pots and pans were placed so high in the cabinet that you would have to be 7ft tall to reach them. Luxury ???----Phhhh!!! P>S>(The receptionist with her owllike eyes wasn't seen again after the first day)
