Entry to the Hotel is via side street. The reception staff were friendly and professional - quite welcoming. The room well maintained although desk doesn't have a power point requiring you to unplug the desk lamp which is a frustration I find in a lot in hotels. I was impressed they still have a 'laundry cord' in the shower/bath even though mine was just an overnight stay. Hot water kettle and bar fridge in a cupboard - silent! As a solo traveller I was not treated as a second-class citizen! Welcome change thankyou. I would recommend this hotel - great for a city stay.

"The state of the drive into the accommodation is dreadfully potholed and needs to be graded. The facility itself was freezing. We had a soiled roll of toilet paper as our spare roll in our room. I tried to contact a staff member to get it changed but no one answered my many rings down at reception ..."
