Absolutely no amenities. This is a no frills location. In window air conditioners, no refrigerators etc. The shower was quite bad,clean but maybe 1 foot wide and no conditioner. 2 very small elevators fit maybe 4 or 5 people and there are at least 12 floors. The cleaning crew were blocking the elevators at check in time so there was no way for anyone to use the elevators in a timely manner. The cleaning woman got smart with me. Not everyone has the ability to walk up or down 12 flights of stairs.

Room could have been much cleaner. Restaurant was very unorganized. I wanted a coffee to go, server realized no one had restocked the to go cups. Wanted to pay with cash, server realized there was no money in cash register.
Second day, server didn't know how to make coffee.
At dinner, there were only a few things to eat from the whole menu because someone forgot to put in the order for restocking of food.
Hotel charged my credit card $130 for no reason on top of the $400 hold for two rooms after arriving.
Very disorganized. Wont stay there again.
Good location/access to other things.

"we did not stay as this site appeared to have permanent residents who sat in front of our room smoking cigarettes and the smoke filtered into our room. I would neverrecommend anyone to stay at this site ever!!!!"

"We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. ..."
