When we drove there, managed to park the car and went in, we were told the keys are not there and had to go to another venue. When we went to leave no one answered my calls to where to leave the keys brcause the address given in the paperwork is the incorrect location. And we couldn’t leave them at the venue as the gates to leave required the keys Its a bloody mess !"
