Imagine, after a day visiting the little France in Strasbourg, come relax with a nice glass of pinot gris in the beautiful private outdoor jacuzzi. Indeed, the rental will make you enjoy a spa 5 places with its garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs barbecue. It is located in a village protected by buildings in France quiet and at the same time close to all the sites of our beautiful region.
You will have two bedrooms, a kitchen open to a living room with fireplace, a bathroom with separate toilet. If you want a change of scenery in Alsace you will find it at home. If you have children they are welcome because we provide them with a dart board and board games. The magnificent amusement park Europa park is about forty kilometers away.

Entretien et propreté + mauvais SAV Abritel

Nous avons pris la décision d'annuler notre semaine de vacances le jour de notre arrivée. L’état général du logement n’était pas acceptable, surtout en termes de rapport qualité/prix. Odeur d'urine animale dans le salon, frigo éteint, odorant et moisissures à l'intérieur, propreté du SPA moyenne (bulle de protection très sale, voire moisie sur les bords), pas d'accès à la gestion de la climatisation car pas de télécommandes (60€ de frais d'office dans la réservation). Au téléphone, et de façon un peu agressive, le propriétaire nous a assuré avoir reçu beaucoup de commentaires positifs sur une plateforme concurrente sur laquelle nous avons constaté du positif effectivement, mais aussi des commentaires faisant état de constats similaires aux nôtres. Une remise en question et une ouverture à la discussion pourrait donner des idées pour l'entretien de ce logement à grand potentiel. En bref, nous avons rendu les clefs et écourté nos vacances. Au vu de certaines réponses de l'hôte constatées suite à des commentaires de remise en question comme le nôtre (ici ou chez la concurrence), j'appréhende un peu de lire une réponse compréhensive ou constructive de sa part, mais j'espère que notre échange par téléphone vous a permis de comprendre que nous n'avons pas annulé nos vacances pour le plaisir (ou à cause du mauvais temps comme vous sembliez absolument vouloir penser) et que, tout simplement, nous voulions juste passer à autre chose avec résignation. Bonne continuation

Leider kein schöner Urlaub

An sich ein nettes Häuschen mit Potential, in einem schönen Dörfchen. Jedoch entsprach die Ferienwohnung nicht unseren Erwartungen, welche wir anhand der Bilder des Inserats aufbauten. Wir sind nach einer Nacht, nachdem wir alles soweit ordentlich gemacht, ausgeschaltet und abgeschlossen haben, wieder abgereist. Wir konnten uns nicht Vorstellen dort unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, Schimmel im Kühlschrank, keine richtigen Utensilien zum kochen z.B.kein Schneidebrett, kein scharfes Messer, das Bett Bzw. der Lattenrost war auch etwas kaputt. Handtücher mussten selbst mitgebracht werden (darauf wird im Vorfeld hingewiesen). Es roch extrem muffig. Der Whirlpool, eigentlich ein Highlight, war leider so sehr mit Chlor versehen, dass nach kürzester Zeit die Augen brannten und tränten. Insgesamt nicht sehr einladend! Auf nachträgliche Beschwerde reagierte der Gastgeber NICHT sehr freundlich!

Eclectic Cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint village home. It's an easy drive from much of what we wanted to see in the Alsace. For Strasbourg, we used one of the park and pay lots, which was perfect. The hot tub and fireplace are great, and we really enjoyed both after our daytime adventures. This was okay for us, but if you have bad knees the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom is on the third.
