"There is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty walking, probably should request the first floor. My room had a musty odor but was clean. Breakfast was good and enjoyed having a coffee pot in the room."

"The room was nice. They had fridge and microwave. There was shampoo and conditioner if needed. Has newer carpet and updates. Could use some updated sheets though. Does have a pool outside and breakfast is included."

"The kitchen had snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. that was nice. Soaking in the tub was a wonderful experience. The steps were a little challenge (We are 70) but the handrail made it work. "Absolutely spotless! Very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when we accidentally locked the bathroom door and couldn't get back in. Was very gracious and attentive. Would definitely recommend anyone staying in Manhattan to choose this property! Very nice!"
