"I booked this home for my framing crew coming from out of town. The booking, check in process was always smooth. Sara was very responsive and accommodating. The home was clean, and Sara offered fresh eggs and coffee for breakfast starters. It’s a great place to unplug from today’s world. "The host accommodated us pretty well as the property was pretty clean with all the basic commodities as well as board games to spend time with friends/family. However the lighting in certain rooms were not working and there was not adequate lighting. But overall an amazing experience!"

The induction stovetop ended up breaking as we were attempting to cook, but the host generously gave us a discount to subsidize us going out for dinner instead of cooking the food we had brought. Overall it was an excellent stay — I do think it would be helpful if the host had instructions listed in the cabin regarding how to use the appliances (stove, grill, fireplace, etc.). "The communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The home is very spacious and our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. We enjoyed walks through the woods, the hot tub was a bonus, and the location was private, yet close to amenities. We had a few days of rain and liked the coziness when we lit the fire stove. We all agreed that we would love to stay again if we head out...

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"
