Room was excellent and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Only complaint was that my wife found the hairdryer much too hot and was not adjustable; also the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window?
Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.

Very well-maintained rooms - even if you leave the room as late as 4 PM, housekeeping manages to clean the room. Other hotels just skip room cleaning for that day.
The hotel also had a champagne and pastries delivered to room as gift for a special day! Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
