  • A part of the Eden at Gracefield event venue, welcome to The Ashepoo House, a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath home. ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SPLIT LEVEL HOME WITH MASTER ON GROUND FLOOR AND ALL OTHER LIVING SPACES UPSTAIRS*** The most private of all the homes on this 515-acre Estate, it has a dock on a large lake, where geese and ducks flock every year. Take in the spectacular view while relaxing with friends and family on the elevated screened-in porch. Fish off the banks or paddle out on the lake and try for that “catch of a lifetime’… we’ve caught some bass as large as 15lbs in our lakes here at Eden! Recently renovated, this home is an absolute dream! Everything is brand new and well-appointed, with a King bed in the ground floor master suite as well as 2 chairs and large flat screen tv.
    Queen beds in the 2 upstairs bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms means no one has to share a bath. Free high-speed internet and Roku TVs in the master suite and living room. Kitchen with microwave, range, refrigerator and dishwasher. Beautifully decorated with high-end furniture and bedding… you’ll never want to leave our peaceful retreat.
