We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The Comfort Inn was in an ideal position for visiting the island. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms perfectly adequate for our needs, and the breakfast just what we needed. My only gripe would be young children shouting and running down corridors knocking on doors on the ground floor near the pool just before midnight on the Saturday of our stay, but that says more about the parents than the hotel, which addressed this concern promptly when I reported it afterwards.
