"This house was in a very nice area and minutes away from shopping area. We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. We didn't use any appliances but they all looked to be working. Some amenities were provided, like towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. You may want to take a thicker blanket though. "The house was nice and well kept. The only issue we had is that there was no access to the community pool that was available in the write up. I would also put a disclaimer on the top about not having access to the main refrigerator, especially if you are staying multiple days so a mini fridge will not hold all groceries."

"The house is very cute, but needs a little attention. The outlet in the guest bathroom doesn’t work. The kitchen needs updated pots and pans and utensils and wine glasses! More serving dishes would be good too. The tv remotes don’t work well either had to keep resetting them to use them. And the back bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. Just a little fine tuning to this house would make it prefect."
