I would like to commend Amad,Olivia Amish and Jamal. I appreciate your generosity with ideas on things to do and places to eat. Your smiles were welcoming. Everything was great will return soon. The TV was connected by streaming. Please just have ESPN, local stations. I’m old school. Perfect location downtown.

We often travel to Michigan to visit family and staying at St. John's Resort was on the wish list. This most recent visit we booked a couple nights of the trip. This particular weekend St. John's was dealing with two large wedding celebrations but staff were still available to us for questions. Their famous steakhouse was prohibitively expensive for us so we tried a small meal for brunch. The server was attentive to us and all the tables he was tending. The food was good but nothing exceptional. The room was immaculate and well stocked with supplies. However, compared to the Hilton we'd just come from this room was smaller. The best aspect of the room was the quiet HVAC system. We were not awakened by a noisy heating/cooling unit; this was completely quiet. The bed linens were OK (the standard for us was Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia.). If you're picky about having a firm pillow. pack your own. St. John's pillows are medium firmness. It wasn't terrible, we just had higher expections and turned out to be just OK.

Great location and fantastic Hotel.

Great property and location , clean rooms friendly attentive staff . Only negative and we didn’t really mind was limited storage for clothes and no counter space in bathroom .

We stayed one night for a concert in the area. Great feature of having shuttle take to/from the venue. We had dinner at the bar in Revel. Great food, expensive, but we expected that. Sat at the bar due to no reservation before our show. But that was fine also. Easy access to both parking and casino. Had a late night little caesers pizza. Only major dissatisfier was the overall dingy feeling of the hotel and casino. I have a feeling it was amazing at the time it was built. But the carpets throughout were stained and sad. I'm sure the local casinos are all geared toward their pricing and clientele. And I'm sure it's expensive to update. Just a little sad, but suited our purposes for the night.
