"Well kept, clean and comfortable hotel with excellent amenities let down by poor service. The restaurant closes at 8pm. The staff acted like I was being a nuisance for asking for an iron/ironing board. "

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

"Nothing to like, unfreindly staff, unhelpful staff, terrible food, extra hidden charges. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone."
