The location was perfect. Unfortunately we ended up in a room with no windows and it was pretty damn , cold and dark. Room was dated, but we knew it was an older hotel. We tried to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. We didn't get our room cleaned, nor new towels. We left after the 2nd night and booked at a different hotel. I was claustrophobic in that room.

The location was good, but that’s about the only positive I can give the Old No. 77 Hotel. My room felt like a prison cell, with a tiny window facing a wall about five feet away. It made the room feel dark and closed in. Disappointing overall, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
