Front desk staff was not friendly upon arrival…she didn’t go over the total for the room and did not state how much the hold/ incidental fee would be. Just asked if I wanted to use the card on file and swiped. The phones in the room did not work… was unable to get room service or request anything to be brought up because of this. Valet lost our car and we had to physically go locate it between two parking lots to find it ourselves. Also young children in the pool being unattended to that were splashing and yelling and running while the staff at the pool area did nothing.

Could not connect bedroom tv to watch the college World Series. Should be more keurig coffee for a room with 10 people. Standard checkout should be 11:30 instead of 10:00 for the price you pay.

We were in NOLA for a Family Reunion and the Hotel Perle was the perfect place to stay! The location is safe and clean! Great place to stay!

Easy to get in, a huge grocery store literally across the street and easy walkabout. Lots of space and everything you need is in the apartment. Loved it.
