Enjoy world renowned wineries, award winning restaurants and the local farmer`s market. This home has been newly updated with stunning furniture, beds and bedding. Spend evenings on a number of private decks; perfect for relaxing on Walla Walla summer nights.

    HOUSE RULES

    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

    GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

    Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight, up to the property`s maximum occupancy.

    Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they follow all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events.

    Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

    QUIET HOURS

    Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

    SMOKING

    Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Guests may be responsible for additional cleaning or damage resulting from violations, subject to the policies of their booking platform.

    PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

    Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A $100 pet fee covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs require prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.

    Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and booking platform policies.

    Guests remain responsible for damage caused by animals during their stay.

    ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

    Reservations may include accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for eligible accidental damage.

    POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

    Please follow all posted safety rules and operating instructions for pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, BBQs, and other amenities.

    SEPTIC SYSTEMS

    For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other materials that could damage the system.

    Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. All cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

The property was incredible, just as expected. Wonderful location (just outside of downtown Walla Walla), and tons of room for the 5 adults that stayed. The house had all amenities necessary for us, and the entire check-in/check-out process was simple. I would highly recommend, and we'll definitely stay again.

Boyer Manor is the perfect place for a group of friends and family. It was meticulously clean and had everything you would ever need. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil. We will stay here again without hesitation.

Boyer House

Our family reunion was a very pleasant stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well stocked and the spacious rooms were perfect for 8 adults. The location is nice as well. Walking around campus and to downtown made for a relaxing mini vacation. Would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful!

We loved this house. This was our first trip to Walla Walla with our adult kids and their spouses. The house is perfectly set up for a large group and had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and located within a short walk to downtown.

Wonderful stay near Whitman!

Our family of 7 really loved this house. There was space for everyone. Enjoyed all the historical documents throughout the house decor. Walking distance to Walla Walla downtown and right near Whitman college.

Rodeo & Wine Tour

The property is fantastic! Our group of 4 couples agreed it is well suited to adult conversation and relaxation, with great areas to gather both indoors and out. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the decor was lovely. We will definitely be back!

Wedding family accommodation

This turned out to be a great place for family to gather for a special wedding! With Maxwell House next door, the accommodations were perfect for both families to spend time together! The house is well equipped and elegantly comfortable! Recommend!

Everything about the Manor was perfect. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, clean, comfortable areas to sit, relax, and enjoy our friends and family. The location made it easy to walk into downtown Walla Walla. Truly cannot say enough positive things about the home. We would never hesitate to stay again!

Fantastic getaway!

The house is beautiful well stocked all four bedrooms and bathrooms are stunning. The kitchen is huge and great for entertaining. There are 6 big TV’s but only limited streaming is available and the WiFi signal is weak. Overall this house is amazing with a great location!

Mak'in memories

4 couples (neighbors) loved the king beds with bathrooms, plus the powder room downstairs. We love to cook together and play games; the house was perfect. We created special memories that will last our lifetime. We plan to make this an annual trip!

Beautiful House, great location

House was nicer and bigger than photos suggested. Very new and beautifully furnished. Large kitchen was fun to use and living rooms very comfortable to hang out in. Well stocked. Too chilly to use outside much but great dining deck. Yard small but as expected.

Fantastic home!

This is such a beautiful home. The owner has a wonderful eye for detail. The photos are very accurate - in fact, we thought the house was even better than the photos! Very clean, very well stocked with everything anyone would need. Great outdoor space. We were here visiting our college student at Whitman, and it was the perfect location for visiting the college. We definitely plan on booking here again!

Perfect for wine tasting

This home is as great as it looks in pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. The neighborhood is very safe. We visited 9 wineries and none were more than 20 minutes away. Highly recommend this home. We were eight adults and never felt crowded. Lovely parks close by for walking/running, and lots of local running trails.

Absolutely gorgeous updated older home with top tier amenities that still managed to honor the character and history of the original home. Huge kitchen with all the extras. Ice maker wasn't working in the refrigerator but didn't impact our stay. Multiple bedroom suites with attached baths were great for three adult couples. Located in a beautiful older area of town. Easy check in/checkout process. Parking for three cars in back.

60th birthday weekend

The house was very spacious and clean. We had only 6 adults but 8 would have been just fine. We are a close family, so we had meals inside and outside and plenty of fun games at the dining table. lot of kitchen amenities and comfortable beds. We also loved morning walks in the neighborhood around campus. next time we will stay another night to bbq. we will be back for sure.

Perfect Friends’ Getaway

4 couples met in Walla Walla for golf and wine tasting. We had high expectations for The Boyer House, and yet somehow it managed to exceed those expectations. The house perfectly suited our needs — 4 couples, 4 bedrooms with king beds, and 4 1/2 bathrooms. The absolute bonus was the kitchen. It was better stocked than my kitchen at home and the layout allowed all of us to gather there comfortably. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come back to Walla Walla and i Hope that’s soon!

A Wonderful Home & Location

Boyer Manor is walking distance to town and to Whitman College, and is in a lovely area of Walla Walla. The home itself is perfect for a group or large family. Four bedrooms, four king beds and four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. Back yard patio and garden, with a propane grill, patio seating; inside, a beautiful modern, fully equipped kitchen and large dining room. We (four couples) had the best time! Not our first visit to Walla Walla - and definitely not our last. Thank you

Perfect home with space for all in this lovely home

Our group included 6 siblings (and spouses) from Oregon and Texas (we rented hotel rooms for 2 of the siblings). The layout of the home was ideal for all of us with spacious bedrooms, private baths and a Cook's Kitchen! The large dining room was ideal for our dinners and card games. The intent of our visit was to attend the Pendleton Roundup and the travel time was 45 minutes! Unfortunately, our time did not allow wine tasting in the many vineyards and downtown restaurants, but we will be back! We loved our stay in your beautiful home. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to create lasting memories with my siblings.

Ideal for four couples

This was one of the best VRBO properties I've ever stayed. Excellent communication throughout the booking and pre-trip process, check-in simple. When we managed to lock ourselves out the first night by locking the back door handle the first night, a call to the property manager was all it took for her to open the front door remotely, thus avoiding a long wait for a locksmith! Huge relief! The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated, kitchen features two dishwashers and every conceivable thing you might need. Enormous gathering/living spaces and two very luxurious BR suites. Beds were comfortable, bedding and linens excellent. Although there were four couples, we never heard water running - great sound proofing for a restful stay! It was not warm enough to enjoy the outdoor space so next time we'll schedule our visit for later in the spring.

Perfect house for our group

We are a group of 12-14 sales reps who get together every fall for a sales meeting and socializing. Eight stayed in the house and others stayed at a nearby hotel. The house appears to have been professionally renovated as the workmanship was lovely. The kitchen has every electric or hand tool imaginable. One large refrigerator, two sinks, two dishwashers…tons of counter space. Two bbqs. Dining space for ten inside or out. Two huge master suites, one smaller en suite and another larger bedroom with large bath directly across the hall. All king beds. Two w/d…one on each floor. We will undoubtedly go back next fall. Highly recommend.

This place was exceptional!!!! The kitchen was fully loaded and place was beautifully decorated. I would definitely go there again and recommend to all who need a place close to town in the beautiful Walla Walla wine country.
