Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3\. Immediate eviction 4\. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate DOGS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $250 pet fee. PARKING: Guests are permitted 2 vehicles: we can accommodate 1 vehicle in the driveway and a 2nd vehicle is allowed to park on the street. Please be sure to follow parking rules and signs, there is no parking on the home side of the street. \*\*RVs and trailers are not permitted CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, driveway and back door.
