The only thing I didn’t like was the parking was mostly behind the hotel and was poorly lit.

The front staff were outstanding compared to other recent hotel stays in the DC/MD area. Mattress and pillows weren’t the most comfortable we’ve slept on. The property and rooms were above average and we’d stay there again; which is saying a lot regarding our other stays.

Travel to MD for wedding. Was able to check in early which was wonderful! Parking areas do need to have more and brighter lighting. Slightly uncomfortable walking from parking lots to hotel door at night.

The property, parking, cleanliness and staff was nice but in my room 328 it was a loud noise every 45 minutes so we didn’t get a good night rest so I won’t be back.

I was so disappointed in this Hilton hotel. We arrived on a Saturday night - we had an event at Maryland International raceway - I had called to say we would be arriving after 9PM We arrived at 9:45 - woman at the desk was lovely- I requested a roll away bed - she said that I could expect that at 11 since she was working alone until then- she said she would call the room - at 11:10 I received a call stating the bed was on the way - at 11:45 I went to the front desk stating the bed had not arrived- I was told by a gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name) that getting a bed would be a while - I explained the previous situation - he stated that a person came in that needed a handicapped room and none was available so that the woman I had previously spoke to went to the room to set it up - I told him I was confused as I received a call saying that the bed was coming and I needed to listen for it He told me that since I checked in later in the day there were not enough people to meet all requests - if this is true I wish I was informed when I called earlier in the day that there would be no service after 10PM I wish this gentleman would have have shown compassion, some understanding, some apology - when i said it was almost midnight and I wanted to go to sleep, he said he could not guarantee anything but he was hoping 30 minutes and I could come back if it didnt happen . The rollaway showed at 12:20 by the original woman.

A lil disappointed… to say the least.
Very disappointing to see the condition of the shower. Carpets in the hallway and on the elevator were unkempt. Shining light was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

The pool wasn't open due to renovations but we weren't informed. The reason I selected this property was for the indoor pool. No breakfast provided unless you paid $20 a person for a buffet. Room itself was adequate.

The clerk who checked us in was rude. We arrived 20 minutes prior to the check-in at 3pm. When asked if we could possibly check in early she smacked her lips and pointed to the check-in time of 3pm. I was aware of the check in time but most of the time the hotels are accommodating for an early check-in . The attitude I received was not needed. In addition the room sink had a huge crack in the sink.
