After our host's representative left, we discovered that there were no bath towels to be found. We contacted the host and he told us where to look for back-up towels. There were none in the storage...

Im Nachhinein ok, aber sehr verwirrend. Zudem wurde trotz Abbuchung nicht der ganze Reisepreis abgebucht?!? Hier mussten wir kurzfristig noch...
