The suite was wonderful—very spacious; lovely rain shower; staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with restaurant recommendations and sites to explore. Food at the hotel restaurant was great—we had a fabulous lamb dinner one evening—it was the best meal we had while visiting Australia and NZ. Go to the restaurant—you won’t be disappointed.

Property was awesome close to town clean comfortable and well appointed. Thoughly enjoyed our stay only small negative was the parking.

the property was in very good condition and well appointed.
The young lady at the reception was super nice and friendly. We could not have asked for a better host. I think this is the best hotel in Dunedin I have ever stayed at. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Dunedin
