- Charming post and beam with vaulted ceilings, one bedroom with loft, large common space and covered parking. It is located up on a hill in Fayston just 5 minutes from Waitsfield center and Mt. Ellen. The secluded property has a stream and beautiful views of Lincoln Peak, Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen. The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a TV/sitting area and a pool table. Bedroom has king size bed and a loft with 3 single beds. There is a large bathroom with a shower and plenty of storage. This apartment has all major appliances including a dishwasher and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
