It was clean and as pictured. There isn’t a permanent 3rd bed, but they had a high quality air mattresses ready for us when we arrived. I don't think they advertise this, but the beds have remote controls so you can make it sit up for reading or watching TV. You can find the remotes hiding under the beds. Pretty cool! ##### David D.
