The Panorama Beach House

  • Welcome to The Panorama Beach House — a private, newly remodeled oceanfront retreat on Maalaea Bay.

    This entire first floor of a modern luxury home features floor-to-ceiling glass with breathtaking sunrise, sunset, and moonrise views over the Pacific. Watch Haleakala across the water and humpback whales offshore in winter.

    Inside you'll find an open living and dining area, a gourmet kitchen with a marble waterfall island, and two king bedrooms. One ensuite bathroom features a glass walk-in shower, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

    Step outside onto your private path to the water, surrounded by tropical landscaping with hibiscus. Ceiling fans keep the ocean breeze flowing, and luxury locally made toiletries are provided.

    With its own private entrance and no shared living areas, the rental is fully private — the owners live on the property in a separate space.

    Centrally located between Lahaina and Kihei, minutes from Maalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Center, and about 15 minutes from Kahului Airport (OGG).
