The front desk and bell hop (his name started with the letter “K”) was so welcoming, courteous and professional!
My bell hop greeted me the same each time I checked in with the biggest, genuine “welcome home” smile!
I was so impressed with the level of service after staying the first time that I booked the following Friday.
