The villa is spacious and very quiet with a peaceful view of the golf course. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The condo itself was decorated beautifully, had all the items you need & the BBQ on the deck was so nice-we loved having morning coffee out there watching the golfers. The pools were great & we hot tubbed several times. She provided beach gear & coolers in the garage-what a convenience. We found a pickleball club down in Kona, walked to Anaeho'omalua Bay for sunsets, went ziplining at the Umauma Experience & hiked the Kilauea Iki trail at Volcano National Park. We also did the challenging hike to the Captain Cook Monument & saw there was great snorkeling at the end in Kealakekua Bay. From arriving thru the gated community, to walking through the frontdoor, i was impressed with the very well landscaped and beautiful grounds to the vaulted ceilings and expanse of the townhome. You are on the top 3rd floor, there is an elevator for bringing luggage and groceries. Very clean 2br2ba home, with w/d, full modern kitchen, and smart nest a/c. The private bbq on the cozy furnished lanai w/ceiling fan looking over the golfcourse and lake was great. The community has two private pools with jacuzzi. The pool to the left, i often had all to myself, and had perhaps the strongest outdoor jacuzzi jet back massage ive ever experienced. Needless, to say i went to the pool/jacuzzi daily! The gym, where you can open all the sliding doors was well maintained and outfitted. The convenience of queens across the street for a full grocery market and prepared foods, the array of different restaurants and shopping was a hit.
