Really great spot about 30 minutes north of the Kona airport! Place matches the photos to a T. Self check in was super easy. I did run into an issue where someone parked in my car space one night, but management quickly found me a new spot and made note I wouldnโ€™t be towed. It is walking distance to shopping and the beaches. Sunsets can be seen within a five-minute drive. The unit is roughly 20 minutes from Hapuna beach. Location was excellent, booking and arrival easy, communication was quick. There were a few minor issues with cleaning. We had an amazing stay at this property. It was in a safe and convenient upscale neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. Management staff were very helpful. Our beautiful Fairway Villa in Waikoloa Resort had golf course views, access to an infinity pool, and was a short walk to the Kingsโ€™ and Queensโ€™ shopping centers and the beach near the Marriott. The condo was spotless and the perfect size for a family of four. It had all the amenities one would need on vacation and was very quiet. The furniture and decor was a bit outdated and the carpet could be replaced. Overall, we were very satisfied with condo B21 and would highly recommend to others. ##### Nicole S. Great location. Clean. Kitchen well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc. Very nice master bath. Lovely community pool and well-equipped gym. So nice to relax on the lanai, watching the golfers. It seems mostly retired residents and travelers who rent. Unfortunately due to Covid there are no seats around the pool area to lounge on, so keep that in mind if you are considering purchasing beach chairs. Would have also preferred to have proper blankets on the beds instead of the sheets and duvet covers, but overall the place was very clean and comfortable. The condo was the perfect size for two adults....or two additional small children. Nicely appointed and comfortable...and located on the first hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course!
